Bu kitapta, Franz Kafka&#8217;n\u0131n &#8220;Babaya Mektup&#8221; adl\u0131 eseri, Freud&#8217;un geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi psikoseks\u00fcel kuram i\u00e7erisinde yer alan, \u00d6dipus kompleksi \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda incelenmektedir. Baba-O\u011ful rekabeti olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan \u00d6dipus kompleksi ilk olarak Freud taraf\u0131ndan ortaya at\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve bu duruma delil olarak da Yunan mitolojisindeki \u00d6dipus efsanesi\/miti g\u00f6sterilmi\u015ftir.
