Bu program\u0131n tarih\u00e7esi, financial sistemlerin geli\u015fimine paralel olarak \u015fekillenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Program\u0131n k\u00f6keni, finansal hizmetlerin \u00e7e\u015fitlenmesi ve komplexle\u015fmesiyle birlikte artan ihtiyac\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131na y\u00f6neliktir. Bankac\u0131l\u0131k ve sigortac\u0131l\u0131k sekt\u00f6rleri, ekonomik faaliyetlerin temelini olu\u015fturan \u00f6nemli sekt\u00f6rlerdir. Bu sekt\u00f6rlerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015facak\u4e13\u4e1a ki\u015filerin e\u011fitimine ihtiya\u00e7 duyulmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Atat\u00fcrk \u00dcniversitesi, bu ihtiyac\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamak amac\u0131yla Bankac\u0131l\u0131k ve Sigortac\u0131l\u0131k Program\u0131n\u0131 kurmu\u015ftur. Program\u0131n amac\u0131, \u00f6\u011frencilere bankac\u0131l\u0131k ve sigortac\u0131l\u0131k alanlar\u0131nda gerekli teorik ve pratik bilgiyi kazand\u0131rmakt\u0131r. B\u00f6ylece mezunlar, finans sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00e7e\u015fitli kademelerinde g\u00f6rev alabilecek donan\u0131ma sahip olurlar.<\/p>\n<p>Programda verilen e\u011fitim, hem teorik hem de uygulamal\u0131 boyutlar\u0131 i\u00e7ermektedir. \u00d6\u011frencilere bankac\u0131l\u0131k ve sigortac\u0131l\u0131k konular\u0131nda ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 bilgi verilirken, ayn\u0131 zamanda sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn \u00f6nde gelen firmalar\u0131yla yap\u0131lan i\u015fbirlikleri sayesinde \u00f6\u011frencilerin pratik deneyim kazanmalar\u0131 sa\u011flan\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Atat\u00fcrk \u00dcniversitesi Bankac\u0131l\u0131k ve Sigortac\u0131l\u0131k Program\u0131, mezunlar\u0131n\u0131 finans sekt\u00f6r\u00fcndeSuccessful bir \u015fekilde yer alabilecek \u015fekilde yeti\u015ftirmeyi hedeflemektedir.
