Bu program, finansal hizmetlerin uzmanl\u0131k gerektiren bir alan haline geldi\u011finin anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131yla birlikte, nitelikli i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc yeti\u015ftirmeyi ama\u00e7lam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Program\u0131n tarih\u00e7esi, bankac\u0131l\u0131k ve sigortac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u00fclke ekonomisindeki \u00f6neminin fark edilmesiyle ba\u015flamakta ve bu sekt\u00f6rlerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015facak uzmanlar\u0131n e\u011fitimi i\u00e7in bir ihtiyac\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamaya y\u00f6nelik olarak olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Bankac\u0131l\u0131k ve sigortac\u0131l\u0131k alanlar\u0131nda faaliyet g\u00f6steren kurumlar\u0131n artancomplex ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131na cevap verebilecek, finansal piyasalar, bankac\u0131l\u0131k \u00fcr\u00fcnleri, sigorta t\u00fcrleri ve risk y\u00f6netimi gibi konularda derinlemesine bilgi sahibi individuals yeti\u015ftirmeyi hedeflemektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Bankac\u0131l\u0131k ve Sigortac\u0131l\u0131k Program\u0131, \u00f6\u011frencilere teorik ve pratik e\u011fitim vermeye odaklan\u0131r. \u00d6\u011frencilerin sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn ger\u00e7eklerine uygun bir \u015fekilde yeti\u015ftirilmesi i\u00e7in \u00e7aba sarf edilir. Alan\u0131nda uzman akademisyenler taraf\u0131ndan verilen dersler, \u00f6\u011frencilerin bankac\u0131l\u0131k ve sigortac\u0131l\u0131k konular\u0131na hakim olmas\u0131n\u0131 ama\u00e7lar.<\/p>\n<p>Program\u0131n mezunlar\u0131, bankalar, sigorta \u015firketleri, finansal kurumlar gibi \u00e7e\u015fitli kurulu\u015flarda \u00f6nemli roller \u00fcstlenmektedirler.
