sosyal, bilimsel ve teknolojik geli\u015fmeleri ara\u015ft\u0131rma ve takip etmeyi; nitelikli i\u015f \u00fcretimini; kamu ve \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6rdeki okul \u00f6ncesi, ilk\u00f6\u011fretim ve orta \u00f6\u011fretim kurumlar\u0131nda bireysel ve kurumsal sorumluluklar \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde planl\u0131, sistematik ve disiplinli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ile kuruma ve topluma katk\u0131lar sa\u011flamay\u0131;
