Y\u00fcksek lisans program\u0131 \u00f6\u011frencilerine uzaktan \u00f6\u011frenme alan\u0131nda bilimsel y\u00f6ntemleri kullanma, bu y\u00f6ntemleri g\u00fcnl\u00fck hayat uygulamalar\u0131na aktaran \u00f6\u011frenme ya\u015fant\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 sunmay\u0131 ama\u00e7lamaktad\u0131r.\u00a0<\/p><p><b>\u00d6nemi<\/b><\/p><p>2015 Ekim itibariyle A\u00e7\u0131k ve Uzaktan \u00d6\u011frenme alan\u0131 Y\u00d6K taraf\u0131ndan do\u00e7entlik alan\u0131 olarak kabul edilmi\u015ftir. B\u00f6ylelikle alan Y\u00d6K nezdinde de akademik bir h\u00fcviyet kazanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bu alana y\u00f6nelik insan kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131n yeti\u015ftirilmesine ihtiya\u00e7 vard\u0131r.<\/p><p>A\u00e7\u0131k ve Uzaktan \u00f6\u011frenme alan\u0131 di\u011fer alanlardan farkl\u0131 kendine has geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi kuram ve uygulamalar\u0131n olmas\u0131 ile ayr\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Etkile\u015fimsel uzakl\u0131k (transactional distance), denklik kuram\u0131 (equivalency theory), end\u00fcstrile\u015fme kuram\u0131 (theory of industrialization), ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma kuram\u0131 (theory of independece learning) \u00a0gibi bir\u00e7ok kurama sahiptir.<\/p><p>A\u00e7\u0131k ve Uzaktan \u00d6\u011frenme alan\u0131 uzaktan e\u011fitimin y\u00f6netim ve organizasyon s\u00fcre\u00e7leri a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan say\u0131sal y\u00f6ntemler, \u00f6\u011fretim tasar\u0131m\u0131, materyal geli\u015ftirme, e\u011fitim teknolojileri, \u00f6\u011fretme ve \u00f6\u011frenme s\u00fcre\u00e7leri a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bilgisayar ve \u00f6\u011fretim teknolojileri e\u011fitimi alan\u0131 ile ili\u015fkili oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Di\u011fer taraftan \u00f6\u011frenme s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin y\u00f6netimi i\u00e7in geli\u015ftirilen \u00f6\u011frenme y\u00f6netim sistemleri (Moodle, Sakai vb), e\u015f zamanl\u0131 etkile\u015fimi sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in geli\u015ftirilmi\u015f canl\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131f uygulamalar\u0131 (Adobe Connect, Perculus) olmas\u0131 alan\u0131n yaz\u0131l\u0131m ve bilgisayar m\u00fchendisli\u011fi alanlar\u0131 ile ili\u015fkili oldu\u011funu g\u00f6stermektedir. Son olarak \u00f6\u011frenci destek hizmetleri, tan\u0131t\u0131m hizmetleri, mesaj tasar\u0131m\u0131, senaryo yaz\u0131m\u0131, video ve ses kurgusu a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ileti\u015fim fak\u00fcltesi\u00a0 halkla ili\u015fkiler ve tan\u0131t\u0131m ve radyo ve televizyon yap\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00f6l\u00fcmleri ile ili\u015fkili oldu\u011fu s\u00f6ylenebilir.<\/p><p>\u00dclkemizde y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011fretim seviyesinde \u00f6\u011frenim g\u00f6ren \u00f6\u011frencilerin yakla\u015f\u0131k yar\u0131s\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k ve uzaktan \u00f6\u011frenme y\u00f6ntemi ile \u00f6\u011frenimlerini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmektedir. Bu tablo a\u00e7\u0131k ve uzaktan \u00f6\u011frenme faaliyetlerini y\u00f6netecek, tasarlayacak ve geli\u015ftirecek insan kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131n yeti\u015ftirilmesinin \u00f6nemini g\u00f6stermektedir. \u00dclkemizde 180\u2019den fazla uzaktan e\u011fitim merkezi ve 3 a\u00e7\u0131k \u00f6\u011fretim fak\u00fcltesi yer almaktad\u0131r. \u00d6\u011frencilerin b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu a\u00e7\u0131k \u00f6\u011fretim fak\u00fcltelerinde \u00f6\u011frenim g\u00f6rmektedirler. Seminer dersi ve tez \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 kredisiz olup, ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 veya ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131z olarak de\u011ferlendirilir.
