B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn olu\u015fumu ve geli\u015fimi, t\u0131p ve sa\u011fl\u0131k alan\u0131ndaki nghi\u00eanmeler ile yak\u0131ndan ilgilidir.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn ilk kurulu\u015f ama\u00e7lar\u0131 aras\u0131nda, sa\u011fl\u0131k alan\u0131nda yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rmalarda istatistiksel y\u00f6ntemlerin kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 te\u015fvik etmek ve bu alanda uzman eleman yeti\u015ftirme amac\u0131 yer alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Zaman i\u00e7inde b\u00f6l\u00fcm, sa\u011fl\u0131k bilimleri fak\u00fcltesi i\u00e7erisinde \u00f6nemli bir rol oynamaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn akademik kadrosu, ara\u015ft\u0131rma ve e\u011fitim faaliyetleri ile birlikte b\u00fcy\u00fcm\u00fc\u015f ve geli\u015fmi\u015ftir. B\u00f6l\u00fcmde verilen e\u011fitimler, teorik ve uygulamal\u0131 biyoistatistik konular\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7ermektedir. \u00d6\u011frencilere, sa\u011fl\u0131k alan\u0131nda veri analizi, ara\u015ft\u0131rma tasar\u0131m\u0131 ve istatistiksel analiz gibi konularda gerekli bilgi ve beceriler kazand\u0131r\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn mezunlar\u0131, \u00e7e\u015fitli sa\u011fl\u0131k kurumlar\u0131nda, ara\u015ft\u0131rma enstit\u00fclerinde ve \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6rde istihdam edilmektedir. Mezunlar, sa\u00fade ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131nda, epidemiyolojik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda ve klinik ara\u015ft\u0131rmalarda \u00f6nemli rol oynamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Atat\u00fcrk \u00dcniversitesi Biyoistatistik b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc, sa\u011fl\u0131k alan\u0131nda yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rmlar\u0131n qualit\u00e9 ve g\u00fcvenilirli\u011fini art\u0131rmak amac\u0131yla s\u00fcrekli olarak geli\u015fmekte ve yenilenmektedir.
