B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn akademik ve idari i\u015fleyi\u015fini d\u00fczenlemek, \u00f6\u011frenci ve personel konular\u0131n\u0131 ele almak \u00fczere d\u00fczenli olarak toplant\u0131lar yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu toplant\u0131larda al\u0131nan kararlar, b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn gelece\u011fi i\u00e7in hayati bir role sahiptir. \u00d6\u011fretim kalitesinin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, b\u00f6l\u00fcm i\u00e7i ileti\u015fim a\u011f\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi, \u00f6\u011frencilere verilen hizmetlerin iyile\u015ftirilmesi gibi konular ele al\u0131nmaktad\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca, b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn stratejik planlamas\u0131, ara\u015ft\u0131rma faaliyetleri ve toplumsal katk\u0131ya y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar da karar alma s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde \u00f6nemli yer tutmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6l\u00fcm Kurulu Kararlar\u0131, b\u00f6l\u00fcm personeli ve \u00f6\u011frencileri i\u00e7in yol g\u00f6sterici niteliktedir. Al\u0131nan kararlar, \u015feffaf bir \u015fekilde payla\u015f\u0131lmakta ve b\u00f6l\u00fcm i\u00e7i duyurular arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla t\u00fcm ilgili ki\u015filere ula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. B\u00f6ylelikle, herkesin ayn\u0131 bilgi d\u00fczeyinde olmas\u0131 sa\u011flanarak, b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn hedeflerine ula\u015fmas\u0131na katk\u0131da bulunulur.<\/p>\n<p>Bu kararlar sadece akademik faaliyetlerle s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 kalmaz, ayr\u0131ca \u00f6\u011frencilerin ki\u015fisel ve mesleki geli\u015fimlerini desteklemek amac\u0131yla da \u00f6nemli ad\u0131mlar i\u00e7ermektedir.
