Bu y\u0131l ilk kez, ayr\u0131 bir kategoride, \u00d6zbekistan\u2019\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda, yabanc\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar i\u00e7inde \u00d6zbek\u00e7eye hizmet edenlere \u00f6d\u00fcl verilmesi kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olup, B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcm\u00fcz \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyesi Prof. Dr. H\u00fcseyin Baydemir\u2019e birincilik \u00f6d\u00fcl\u00fc verilmi\u015ftir. \u00d6d\u00fcl t\u00f6reni 16 Ekim 2025 Per\u015fembe g\u00fcn\u00fc \u00d6zbekistan\u2019\u0131n ba\u015fkenti Ta\u015fkent\u2019te yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Prof. Dr. H\u00fcseyin Baydemir ayn\u0131 tarihlerde \u00d6zbekistan\u2019\u0131n Ka\u015fkaderya Eyaletinde \u00f6nceden planlanm\u0131\u015f ba\u015fka faaliyetlere kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in Ta\u015fkent\u2019teki \u00f6d\u00fcl t\u00f6renine i\u015ftirak edememi\u015ftir. Baydemir\u2019e \u00f6d\u00fcl\u00fc 21 Ekim 2025 Sal\u0131 g\u00fcn\u00fc Kar\u015fi \u015fehrinde d\u00fczenlenen \u00f6zel bir t\u00f6renle Ka\u015fkaderya Eyalet Vali Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 ve Ka\u015fkaderya Eyalet Vali Ba\u015fdan\u0131\u015fman\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan tevdi edilmi\u015ftir. Burada k\u0131sa bir te\u015fekk\u00fcr konu\u015fmas\u0131 yapan Baydemir, t\u00f6rene kat\u0131lan herkesin ve \u00d6zbek halk\u0131n\u0131n -\u00d6zbek\u00e7eye Devlet Dili Makam\u0131 verili\u015finin 36. y\u0131ld\u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fc vesilesiyle kutlanmakta olan- \u00d6zbek Dili Bayram\u0131n\u0131 tebrik etti ve kendisine lay\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fclen \u00f6d\u00fclden dolay\u0131 duydu\u011fu mutlulu\u011fu dile getirdi. Dr. Nursan Ild\u0131r\u0131 ile birlikte haz\u0131rlad\u0131klar\u0131 ve 2025 y\u0131l\u0131nda TDK Yay\u0131nlar\u0131 aras\u0131nda ne\u015fredilen B\u00fcy\u00fck \u00d6zbek\u00e7e-T\u00fcrk\u00e7e S\u00f6zl\u00fck\u2019\u00fc Dil Bayram\u0131 vesilesiyle \u00d6zbek halk\u0131na arma\u011fan
