Uluslararas\u0131 alanda rekabet edebilecek bilgi ve becerilerle donat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f; ulusal ve uluslararas\u0131 Mutfak K\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc konusunda uzman personel ve y\u00f6netici \u015fefler yeti\u015ftirmek b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn bir di\u011fer amac\u0131d\u0131r. Program boyunca \u00f6ncelikle T\u00fcrk Mutfak K\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc ve daha sonra Uluslararas\u0131 Mutfak K\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc (International Cooking) alan\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yaparak, T\u00fcrk Mutfa\u011f\u0131n\u0131n Uluslararas\u0131 Mutfaklar i\u00e7erisinde yer almas\u0131 hedeflenmi\u015ftir. Bu ba\u011flamda, d\u00f6rt y\u0131ll\u0131k lisans e\u011fitimi s\u00fcresince \u00f6\u011frencilere en temelden en ileri seviyeye kadar yemek sanat\u0131n\u0131n incelikleri \u00f6\u011fretilmekte, i\u015f hayat\u0131nda ihtiya\u00e7 duyacaklar\u0131 ileti\u015fim ve y\u00f6netim becerileri kazand\u0131r\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Program sonunda \u00f6\u011frenciler, yiyecek i\u00e7ecek i\u015fletmelerinde y\u00f6netici olabilmenin yan\u0131nda, kendi i\u015fletmelerini kurabilmeye y\u00f6nelik bilgi birikimine de sahip olacaklard\u0131r. Ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenciler i\u00e7in akademik kariyere y\u00f6nelik imk\u00e2nlarda da sunulmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/obs.atauni.edu.tr\/moduller\/dbp\/eobs\/birimDetay\/2485\/Gastronomi%20ve%20Mutfak%20Sanatlar%C4%B1%20Program%C4%B1%20(2485)?#akd_7\" class=\"\">\u00d6rnekleriyle Mezunlar\u0131n Mesleki Profilleri<\/a><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Mezunlar otellerde, catering \u015firketlerinde, restoranlarda mutfak personeli; medya sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde yemek stilisti olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilir. Ayr\u0131ca mezunlar giri\u015fimci olup, kendi i\u015fletmelerini kurabilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/obs.atauni.edu.tr\/moduller\/dbp\/eobs\/birimDetay\/2485\/Gastronomi%20ve%20Mutfak%20Sanatlar%C4%B1%20Program%C4%B1%20(2485)?#akd_8\" class=\"\">\u00dcst Derece Programlar\u0131na Ge\u00e7i\u015f<\/a><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Gastronomi ve Mutfak Sanatlar\u0131 B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc lisans e\u011fitimini ba\u015far\u0131 ile tamamlayan adaylar ALES s\u0131nav\u0131ndan ge\u00e7erli not almalar\u0131 ve yeterli d\u00fczeyde \u0130ngilizce dil bilgisine sahip olmalar\u0131 ko\u015fuluyla lisans\u00fcst\u00fc programlarda \u00f6\u011frenim g\u00f6rebilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/obs.atauni.edu.tr\/moduller\/dbp\/eobs\/birimDetay\/2485\/Gastronomi%20ve%20Mutfak%20Sanatlar%C4%B1%20Program%C4%B1%20(2485)?#akd_9\" class=\"\">S\u0131nav Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi, \u00d6l\u00e7me ve De\u011ferlendirme<\/a><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u00f6l\u00fcmde verilen her bir ders i\u00e7in bir ara s\u0131nav ve d\u00f6nem sonu s\u0131nav\u0131 yap\u0131l\u0131r. Ba\u015far\u0131 notuna ara s\u0131nav\u0131n etkisi %40, d\u00f6nem sonu s\u0131nav\u0131n\u0131n ise %60 oran\u0131ndad\u0131r. D\u00f6nem s\u0131nav\u0131na girebilmesi i\u00e7in \u00f6\u011frencinin y\u00f6netmeliklerde yaz\u0131l\u0131 devam \u015fartlar\u0131n\u0131 yerine getirmi\u015f olmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. T\u00fcm s\u0131navlar 100 puan \u00fczerinden de\u011ferlendirilir ve \u00f6\u011frencilerin ba\u015far\u0131 notunun hesaplanmas\u0131nda, ba\u011f\u0131l de\u011ferlendirme sistemi uygulan\u0131r. Bu de\u011ferlendirmede; dersin \u00f6\u011fretim eleman\u0131, dersi alan \u00f6\u011frencilerin yar\u0131y\u0131l\/y\u0131l i\u00e7i ve yar\u0131y\u0131l\/y\u0131l sonu s\u0131navlar\u0131ndan ald\u0131klar\u0131 puanlar\u0131n istatistiksel sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 dikkate al\u0131r ve al\u0131nan notlar y\u00f6netmelikte belirlenen esaslar \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde 4\u2019l\u00fc harf sistemine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcr. \u00d6\u011frencinin ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 notlardan olu\u015fturulan A\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 Genel Not Ortalamas\u0131 (AGNO) \u00fcst \u00fcste 2 d\u00f6nem 2.00\u2019\u0131n alt\u0131nda olanlar bir sonraki d\u00f6nemden ders alamazlar. Bir dersten AA, BA, BB, CB ve CC notlar\u0131ndan birini alan \u00f6\u011frenci o dersi ba\u015farm\u0131\u015f say\u0131l\u0131r. Bir dersten al\u0131nan DC ve DD notlar\u0131, \u00f6\u011frencinin mezuniyet AGNO\u2019suna ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak de\u011ferlendirilir. \u00d6\u011frencinin AGNO\u2019su ba\u015far\u0131 baraj notunun \u00fczerinde ise bu dersler ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olarak tan\u0131mlan\u0131r. FF notu, ilgili dersten ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131z olan \u00f6\u011frencilere verilir. FF notu alan \u00f6\u011frenci, bu dersi verildi\u011fi ilk yar\u0131y\u0131lda\/y\u0131lda alarak devam ve s\u0131nav \u015fartlar\u0131n\u0131 yerine getirmek zorundad\u0131r. Ba\u015far\u0131 notu M ve G ile takdir edilen dersler, AGNO hesaplanmas\u0131nda de\u011ferlendirmeye kat\u0131lmaz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/obs.atauni.edu.tr\/moduller\/dbp\/eobs\/birimDetay\/2485\/Gastronomi%20ve%20Mutfak%20Sanatlar%C4%B1%20Program%C4%B1%20(2485)?#akd_10\" class=\"\">Mezuniyet Ko\u015fullar\u0131<\/a><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Atat\u00fcrk \u00dcniversitesi Turizm Fak\u00fcltesi Gastronomi ve Mutfak Sanatlar\u0131 B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc d\u00f6rt y\u0131l sekiz yar\u0131y\u0131ldan olu\u015fan bir programd\u0131r.
