Ayn\u0131 zamanda ekmek fabrikas\u0131na yap\u0131lan teknik gezi kapsam\u0131nda Ramazan pidesi \u00fcretimine de \u00f6\u011frencilerimiz i\u015ftirak etmi\u015ftir. Teknik gezi ile Ramazan pidesi \u00fcretimdeki t\u00fcm a\u015famalar ve kullan\u0131lan ekipmanlar bire bir yerinde g\u00f6r\u00fcp incelenmi\u015ftir. Un, su, tuz ve mayadan olu\u015fan ekmek hamuru \u00f6\u011frencilerin kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015f ve \u00f6n fermantasyona b\u0131rak\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130ndirek ekmek yapma metoduyla ekmek hamur haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
