B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn tarihi, \u00fcniversitelerin halkla ili\u015fkiler ve tan\u0131t\u0131m faaliyetlerine verilen \u00f6nemin artmas\u0131na paralel olarak geli\u015fmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn kurulmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik ilk ad\u0131mlar, \u00fcniversitenin kurulu\u015funa yak\u0131n bir zamanda at\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. O d\u00f6nemde, \u00fcniversite y\u00f6netimlerinin halkla ili\u015fkiler ve tan\u0131t\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemini fark etmesi, bu alandaki e\u011fitim ve ara\u015ft\u0131rma faaliyetlerini desteklemi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Zaman i\u00e7inde b\u00f6l\u00fcm, akademik ve idari yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmi\u015f, \u00f6\u011frencilere kaliteli bir e\u011fitim sunmay\u0131 hedeflemi\u015ftir.
