1rem;text-align: justify\">Bilim ve e\u011fitimin rehberi, ayd\u0131nlanman\u0131n merkezi olan \u00fcniversiteler; insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ortak vicdan\u0131n\u0131n sesi olmak, evrensel de\u011ferleri savunmak ve hakikati dile getirmek sorumlulu\u011funu ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r. Bu sorumlulu\u011fun bilinciyle Atat\u00fcrk \u00dcniversitesi olarak; uzun s\u00fcredir Gazze\u2019de masum sivilleri hedef alan, kad\u0131nlar\u0131, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131, ya\u015fl\u0131lar\u0131, sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131 ve bas\u0131n mensuplar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6zetmeksizin s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclen sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131 ve son olarak al\u0131nan i\u015fgal karar\u0131n\u0131 en g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc \u015fekilde k\u0131n\u0131yoruz.<\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 1rem;text-align: justify\">Uluslararas\u0131 hukuk ve temel insan haklar\u0131 ilkelerini a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a ihlal eden bu sald\u0131r\u0131lar; hastaneleri, okullar\u0131, ibadethaneleri, sivil yerle\u015fim alanlar\u0131n\u0131, yard\u0131m kurulu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 ve hatta a\u00e7l\u0131kla m\u00fccadele eden kamplar\u0131 hedef almakta; binlerce masum insan\u0131n hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetmesine, on binlercesinin yaralanmas\u0131na, y\u00fcz binlercesinin ise yerinden edilmesine yol a\u00e7maktad\u0131r. Bu eylemler, sadece sava\u015f hukuku a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan de\u011fil, insanl\u0131k onuru bak\u0131m\u0131ndan da affedilemez bir su\u00e7tur.<\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 1rem;text-align: justify\">Gazze\u2019de ya\u015fananlar; temel insan haklar\u0131n\u0131n, vicdan\u0131n ve uluslararas\u0131 toplumun s\u0131nand\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck bir insanl\u0131k dram\u0131d\u0131r. Bu dram; yaln\u0131zca bir co\u011frafyaya veya bir halka de\u011fil, t\u00fcm insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ortak de\u011ferlerine y\u00f6nelmi\u015f bir sald\u0131r\u0131d\u0131r. Sivillerin zorla yerinden edilmesi, insani yard\u0131mlar\u0131n engellenmesi, a\u00e7l\u0131\u011f\u0131n bir silah olarak kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 ve altyap\u0131n\u0131n hedef al\u0131nmas\u0131, tarihin en karanl\u0131k sayfalar\u0131nda yer alacak a\u011f\u0131r ihlaller olarak haf\u0131zalara kaz\u0131nacakt\u0131r.<\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 1rem;text-align: justify\">Akademik camian\u0131n sessiz kalmas\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclemez. Bilgiye, bilime ve akla rehberlik eden kurumlar olarak bizler; zulm\u00fcn kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda, bar\u0131\u015f\u0131n ve adaletin yan\u0131nda durmak zorunday\u0131z. Sessizlik, zulme ortak olmak anlam\u0131na gelir. Bu nedenle Atat\u00fcrk \u00dcniversitesi olarak, Gazze halk\u0131n\u0131n hakl\u0131 m\u00fccadelesinin yan\u0131nda oldu\u011fumuzu, insanl\u0131k onurunu savunmak i\u00e7in her \u015fartta sesimizi y\u00fckseltece\u011fimizi beyan ediyoruz.<\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 1rem;text-align: justify\">T\u00fcm uluslararas\u0131 toplumu, Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere, uluslararas\u0131 kurum ve kurulu\u015flar\u0131, vicdan sahibi t\u00fcm devletleri; bu vah\u015feti durdurmak, i\u015fgali sona erdirmek ve sorumlular\u0131 yarg\u0131 \u00f6n\u00fcne \u00e7\u0131karmak i\u00e7in derhal harekete ge\u00e7meye davet ediyoruz.
