Staj uygulamalar\u0131, Atat\u00fcrk \u00dcniversitesi Uygulamal\u0131 E\u011fitimler Y\u00f6nergesi\u2019ne dayal\u0131 olarak haz\u0131rlanan \u201c\u0130ktisadi ve \u0130dari Bilimler Fak\u00fcltesi Staj Uygulama Esaslar\u0131\u201d \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmektedir. Program kapsam\u0131nda staj dersi 6 AKTS olarak tan\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015f olup \u00f6\u011frenciler 4. veya 6. yar\u0131y\u0131lda bir kez staj yapmakla y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcr. Staj s\u00fcresi 20 i\u015f g\u00fcn\u00fcd\u00fcr ve devam zorunludur. Staj, kamu veya \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r kurulu\u015flar\u0131nda, b\u00f6l\u00fcm program yeterlilikleri ile uyumlu i\u015fyerlerinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmektedir. Bu yap\u0131, ba\u015fvuru-kabul s\u00fcrecinin \u015feffaf, izlenebilir ve kay\u0131t alt\u0131na al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011funu g\u00f6stermektedir.<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Staj s\u00fcrecinde izleme ve de\u011ferlendirme \u00e7ok boyutlu olarak y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmektedir:<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Staj Defteri (g\u00fcnl\u00fck\/haftal\u0131k faaliyet raporu)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Staj De\u011ferlendirme Formu (i\u015fveren taraf\u0131ndan doldurulan performans de\u011ferlendirmesi)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">B\u00f6l\u00fcm Staj Komisyonu incelemesi<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">M\u00fclakat de\u011ferlendirmesi<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Staj dosyalar\u0131, staj tamamland\u0131ktan sonra Ders Bilgi Sistemine (DBS) y\u00fcklenmekte ve fiziksel belgeler Fak\u00fclte Belge Y\u00f6netim Ofisine teslim edilmektedir. De\u011ferlendirme s\u00fcrecinde puanlama \u015fu a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131klara g\u00f6re yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u0130\u015fveren de\u011ferlendirmesi: %20<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Staj dosyas\u0131 ve defter d\u00fczeni: %40<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">M\u00fclakat: %40<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131z olan \u00f6\u011frenciler staj\u0131 yeniden yapmak zorundad\u0131r. Bu uygulama, staj\u0131n formalite de\u011fil \u00f6l\u00e7me-de\u011ferlendirmeye dayal\u0131 bir \u00f6\u011frenme \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131s\u0131 bile\u015feni oldu\u011funu g\u00f6stermektedir.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Staj, \u00d6\u011frenci Bilgi Sistemi \u00fczerinden kay\u0131t alt\u0131na al\u0131nmakta ve harf notu ile de\u011ferlendirilerek transkripte i\u015flenmektedir. Bu durum staj\u0131n izlenebilirli\u011fini ve akademik b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmektedir.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ayr\u0131ca:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">SGK i\u015flemleri SKS taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmekte,<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Staj belgeleri ar\u015fivlenmektedir.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Bu yap\u0131 \u00f6\u011frencilerin stajdan yararlanma d\u00fczeyinin sistematik bi\u00e7imde takip edildi\u011fini g\u00f6stermektedir.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Staj\u0131n etkinli\u011fi a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki kanallar \u00fczerinden de\u011ferlendirilmektedir:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u0130\u015fveren taraf\u0131ndan doldurulan performans formlar\u0131<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0B\u00f6l\u00fcm Staj Komisyonu m\u00fclakatlar\u0131<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00d6\u011frenci itiraz ve geri bildirim mekanizmas\u0131<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Staj sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na ili\u015fkin kurul de\u011ferlendirmeleri<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Staj de\u011ferlendirme sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 ilan edilmekte ve 5 i\u015f g\u00fcn\u00fc i\u00e7inde itiraz hakk\u0131 tan\u0131nmaktad\u0131r.
