Bu program\u0131n k\u00f6keni, y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011fretim kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131land\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik yap\u0131lan de\u011fi\u015fikliklere dayanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede, mesleki ve teknik e\u011fitim-\u00f6\u011fretime a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k verilerek, i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc piyasas\u0131n\u0131n ihtiya\u00e7 duydu\u011fu nitelikli elemanlar\u0131 yeti\u015ftirmek ama\u00e7lanmaktad\u0131r. Muhasebe ve vergi uygulamalar\u0131 program\u0131 da bu hedef do\u011frultusunda, \u00f6\u011frencilere muhasebe ve vergilendirme alanlar\u0131nda gerekli bilgi ve becerileri kazand\u0131rmay\u0131 hedeflemektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Program\u0131n tarih\u00e7esi, benzer meslek y\u00fcksekokulu programlar\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015fimine paralel olarak de\u011ferlendirilebilir. Bu programa benzer \u015fekilde di\u011fer y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011fretim kurumlar\u0131nda da bulunan muhasebe ve vergi uygulamalar\u0131 programlar\u0131, genellikle i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n talepleri do\u011frultusunda yap\u0131land\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve geli\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Muhasebe ve vergi uygulamalar\u0131 program\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fumu ve geli\u015fim s\u00fcreci, y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011fretim sisteminin b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcnde ya\u015fanan de\u011fi\u015fim ve d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmlerle ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131d\u0131r.
