Giri\u015f<\/h2>\n      <p>\u00d6\u011fretme ve \u00d6\u011frenmeyi Geli\u015ftirme Uygulama ve Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Merkezi (\u00d6GEM) taraf\u0131ndan, Di\u015f Hekimli\u011fi Fak\u00fcltesi \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyelerine y\u00f6nelik olarak 20 Mart 2025\u2019te teorik seminer ve 26 Mart\u2013 17 Nisan 2025 tarihleri aras\u0131nda anabilim dal\u0131 bazl\u0131 at\u00f6lye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. Bu rapor, ilgili e\u011fitimler sonras\u0131 uygulanan memnuniyet anketi sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6zetlemekte ve de\u011ferlendirmektedir.<\/p>\n    <\/section>\n\n    <section id=\"katilimci-profili\">\n      <h2>2. Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 Profili<\/h2>\n      <p>Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar, Di\u015f Hekimli\u011fi Fak\u00fcltesi \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyelerinden olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r. E\u011fitimlere hem sadece teorik seminer, hem sadece at\u00f6lye, hem de her ikisine birden kat\u0131l\u0131m sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu \u00e7e\u015fitlilik, program\u0131n fak\u00fclte geneline hitap etti\u011fini g\u00f6stermektedir.<\/p>\n    <\/section>\n\n    <section id=\"nicel-bulgular\">\n      <h2>3. Nicel Bulgular<\/h2>\n      <p>Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n Likert tipi (1\u20135 aras\u0131) \u00f6l\u00e7ekle yan\u0131tlad\u0131klar\u0131 temel maddeler \u015funlard\u0131r:<\/p>\n      <ul>\n        <li>E\u011fitim i\u00e7eri\u011finin mesleki ihtiya\u00e7lara uygunlu\u011fu: Y\u00fcksek d\u00fczeyde olumlu de\u011ferlendirilmi\u015ftir.<\/li>\n        <li>Teorik seminerin \u00f6l\u00e7me-de\u011ferlendirme kavramlar\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131: Kavramlar\u0131n net bi\u00e7imde aktar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 vurgulanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/li>\n        <li>At\u00f6lye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n i\u015flevselli\u011fi: Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar at\u00f6lye uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131 mesleki a\u00e7\u0131dan yararl\u0131 bulmu\u015ftur.<\/li>\n        <li>Yapay zek\u00e2 destekli \u00f6l\u00e7me-de\u011ferlendirme uygulamalar\u0131: Yenilik\u00e7i ve faydal\u0131 olarak de\u011ferlendirilmi\u015ftir.<\/li>\n        <li>E\u011fitim s\u00fcresinin yeterlili\u011fi: \u00c7o\u011funluk yeterli bulsa da baz\u0131 kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar s\u00fcrelerin uzat\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini belirtmi\u015ftir.<\/li>\n        <li>E\u011fitmenlerin sunumu: A\u00e7\u0131k, anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r ve etkili bulunmu\u015ftur.<\/li>\n        <li>Genel memnuniyet: Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n genel olarak e\u011fitimden y\u00fcksek memnuniyet duyduklar\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n    <\/section>\n\n    <section id=\"nitel-bulgular\">\n      <h2>4. Genel De\u011ferlendirme<\/h2>\n      <p>\u00d6GEM E\u011fitici E\u011fitimi, hem teorik hem de uygulamal\u0131 y\u00f6nleriyle \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyeleri taraf\u0131ndan faydal\u0131 bulunmu\u015ftur. Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n \u00f6zellikle at\u00f6lye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ve yapay zek\u00e2 destekli uygulamalar konusundaki olumlu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fleri dikkat \u00e7ekicidir.
