Analiz sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na g\u00f6re akademik personelin e\u011fitim ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131, tercih edilen e\u011fitim \u015fekli ve s\u00fcresi ile ilgili temel bulgular a\u015fa\u011f\u0131dad\u0131r:<\/p>\n\n<h2>Temel \u00c7\u0131kar\u0131mlar<\/h2>\n<p>Anket sonu\u00e7lar\u0131, akademik personelin en yo\u011fun ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n ara\u015ft\u0131rma y\u00f6ntemleri, proje y\u00f6netimi ve \u00f6zellikle yeni dijital teknolojiler\/Yapay Zek\u00e2 alanlar\u0131nda oldu\u011funu g\u00f6stermektedir. Ayr\u0131ca, e\u011fitimlerin y\u00fcz y\u00fcze ve k\u0131sa s\u00fcreli\/d\u00fczenli oturumlar \u015feklinde olmas\u0131 tercih edilmektedir.<\/p>\n\n<h2>1. E\u011fitim \u015eekli ve S\u00fcresinde Net Tercihler<\/h2>\n\n<ul>\n  <li><strong>E\u011fitim \u015eekli Tercihi:<\/strong> Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu (%55,6) <strong>Y\u00fcz y\u00fcze<\/strong> e\u011fitimi tercih etmektedir. <strong>Hibrit (karma)<\/strong> model %28,8 ile ikinci s\u0131rada yer al\u0131rken, <strong>\u00c7evrim i\u00e7i (online)<\/strong> e\u011fitim %15,7 ile en az tercih edilen \u015fekildir.<\/li>\n\n  <li><strong>E\u011fitim S\u00fcresi Tercihi:<\/strong> Akademik personel, e\u011fitimlerin i\u015f y\u00fcklerini aksatmayacak \u015fekilde, k\u0131sa ve d\u00fczenli periyotlarda yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 istemektedir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul>\n  <li>En \u00e7ok tercih edilen s\u00fcre <strong>K\u0131sa s\u00fcreli (1\u20132 saat)<\/strong> oturumlard\u0131r (%39,9).<\/li>\n  <li>Bunu <strong>Haftal\u0131k d\u00fczenli oturumlar<\/strong> \u015feklinde tercih (%33,3) takip etmektedir.<\/li>\n  <li>Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n toplamda %73,2&#8217;si (k\u0131sa s\u00fcreli + haftal\u0131k d\u00fczenli) e\u011fitimlerin k\u0131sa ve d\u00fczenli periyotlarla yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 istemektedir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>Sonu\u00e7 De\u011ferlendirmesi<\/h2>\n\n<h3>1. E\u011fitim \u015eekli:<\/strong> Personelin genel tercihi ve kat\u0131l\u0131m etkinli\u011fini art\u0131rmak amac\u0131yla, \u00f6ncelikli e\u011fitim \u015fekli olarak <strong>Y\u00fcz Y\u00fcze<\/strong> e\u011fitim format\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/li>\n\n  <li><strong>3. \u0130lgili Birimlerle Payla\u015f\u0131m:<\/strong> Ara\u015ft\u0131rma yeterlilikleri (veri analizi, akademik yaz\u0131m, proje fonlar\u0131na ba\u015fvuru) alan\u0131ndaki sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n, birimler aras\u0131 koordinasyonu ve \u00f6zel programlar\u0131n geli\u015ftirilmesini sa\u011flamak \u00fczere \u00fcniversitemizin <strong>Metodoloji Ofisi<\/strong>, <strong>Proje Ofisi<\/strong> ve <strong>Akademik Yaz\u0131m Ofisi<\/strong> ile detayl\u0131 olarak payla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131na karar verilmi\u015ftir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>15.01.2025<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>\nDo\u00e7.
