Buna g\u00f6re;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>-Ge\u00e7i\u015f h\u00fckm\u00fcnde 01 Nisan 2026 tarihinin s\u0131n\u0131r tarih olarak d\u00fczenlenmesi sebebiyle do\u011fumun ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fi tarih itibar\u0131yla 24 haftal\u0131k s\u00fcre\u00e7 tarihi, 16 Ekim 2025 tarihine tekab\u00fcl etmektedir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla 16 Ekim 2025 tarihi ve sonras\u0131nda do\u011fum yapanlar bu d\u00fczenlemeden yararlanacakt\u0131r.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>-D\u00fczenlemenin 01 May\u0131s 2026\u2019da y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girmesi nedeniyle ek sekiz haftal\u0131k izin geriye do\u011fru i\u015fletilemeyecektir. (01 Nisan 2026-01 May\u0131s 2026 aras\u0131nda \u00f6rne\u011fin y\u0131ll\u0131k izin kullanm\u0131\u015f ise ek sekiz hafta ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131n\u0131 01 Nisan 2026\u2019dan ba\u015flat\u0131p y\u0131ll\u0131k iznini personele iade etmek gibi bir usul i\u015fletilemez)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>-D\u00fczenlemenin 01 May\u0131s 2026\u2019ta y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girdi\u011fi ve taleplerin on i\u015f g\u00fcn\u00fc i\u00e7inde al\u0131naca\u011f\u0131 dikkate al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, talepte bulunacaklar\u0131n 04\u201315 May\u0131s 2026 tarihleri aras\u0131nda ba\u015fvuruda bulunmalar\u0131 gerekmektedir. Aksi halde bu haktan yararlanmalar\u0131na imk\u00e2n bulunmayacakt\u0131r. (15 May\u0131s 2026 mesai bitimi ba\u015fvuru son g\u00fcn\u00fc)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>-D\u00fczenlemenin 01 May\u0131s 2026\u2019ta y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girmesi, yasan\u0131n geriye do\u011fru i\u015fletilememesi ve anal\u0131k izninin takdire ba\u011fl\u0131 bir izin olmamas\u0131 nedeniyle ilave sekiz hafta izin, 16 Ekim 2025 ve sonras\u0131nda do\u011fum yapm\u0131\u015f ve 01 Nisan 2026 tarihi itibar\u0131yla do\u011fumdan sonra 24 haftay\u0131 doldurmam\u0131\u015f olanlardan, 04\u201315 May\u0131s tarihleri aras\u0131nda ba\u015fvuruda bulunanlara, 01 Nisan 2026\u2019dan itibaren de\u011fil; dilek\u00e7e tarihinden veya bunu izleyen g\u00fcnden itibaren verilecektir.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>-Ek sekiz hafta ilave izin kullan\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in 04\u201315 May\u0131s 2026 tarihleri aras\u0131nda personelin Birimine dilek\u00e7e ile ba\u015fvuru yapmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>-Yasan\u0131n y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girdi\u011fi tarih olan 01 May\u0131s 2026\u2019da personel y\u0131ll\u0131k, ayl\u0131ks\u0131z\/\u00fccretsiz izin vb. kullan\u0131yor ise bu durumda yine 04\u201315 May\u0131s 2026 tarihleri aras\u0131nda Birimine bu izinlerini kesip ilave sekiz hafta iznini kullanmak istedi\u011fine ili\u015fkin bir dilek\u00e7e vermesi gerekmektedir. Dilek\u00e7e tarihi itibar\u0131yla kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 izin kesilip ilave sekiz haftal\u0131k izin devreye girecektir.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>-Yasan\u0131n y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girdi\u011fi tarih olan 01 May\u0131s 2026\u2019da hali haz\u0131rda 24 haftas\u0131 dolmam\u0131\u015f olanlar y\u00f6n\u00fcnden mevcut izin bitimine ilave olarak eklenece\u011finden herhangi ba\u015fvuruya ihtiya\u00e7 bulunmamaktad\u0131r.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>\u0130lgililere duyurulur.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>7578 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanun\u2019un 15\u2019inci maddesiyle de&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>4857 say\u0131l\u0131 \u0130\u015f Kanunu\u2019nun 74\u2019\u00fcnc\u00fc maddesinin yeni hali<\/strong><br><strong>&nbsp;<em>\u201c<\/em><\/strong><em>Kad\u0131n i\u015f\u00e7ilerin do\u011fumdan \u00f6nce sekiz ve&nbsp;<\/em><em>do\u011fumdan sonra onalt\u0131&nbsp;<\/em><em>hafta olmak \u00fczere&nbsp;<\/em><em>toplam yirmid\u00f6rt&nbsp;<\/em><em>haftal\u0131k s\u00fcre i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmamalar\u0131 esast\u0131r. \u00c7o\u011ful gebelik halinde do\u011fumdan \u00f6nce \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmayacak sekiz haftal\u0131k s\u00fcreye iki hafta s\u00fcre eklenir. Ancak, sa\u011fl\u0131k durumu uygun oldu\u011fu takdirde, doktorun onay\u0131 ile kad\u0131n i\u015f\u00e7i isterse do\u011fumdan \u00f6nceki iki haftaya kadar i\u015fyerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilir. Bu durumda, kad\u0131n i\u015f\u00e7inin \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00fcreler do\u011fum sonras\u0131 s\u00fcrelere eklenir.&nbsp;<strong>(Ek c\u00fcmle: 13\/2\/2011-6111\/76 md.)&nbsp;<\/strong>Kad\u0131n i\u015f\u00e7inin erken do\u011fum yapmas\u0131 halinde ise do\u011fumdan \u00f6nce kullanamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmayacak s\u00fcreler, do\u011fum sonras\u0131 s\u00fcrelere eklenmek suretiyle kulland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r.&nbsp;<strong>(Ek c\u00fcmleler: 29\/1\/2016-6663\/22 md.)&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><em>Do\u011fumda veya do\u011fum sonras\u0131nda annenin \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc h\u00e2linde, do\u011fum sonras\u0131 kullan\u0131lamayan s\u00fcreler babaya kulland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r. \u00dc\u00e7 ya\u015f\u0131n\u0131 doldurmam\u0131\u015f \u00e7ocu\u011fu evlat edinen e\u015flerden birine veya evlat edinene \u00e7ocu\u011fun aileye fiilen teslim edildi\u011fi tarihten itibaren sekiz hafta anal\u0131k h\u00e2li izni kulland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r.&nbsp;<\/em><strong><em>(Ek c\u00fcmle:22\/4\/2026-7578\/15 md.)<\/em><\/strong><em>Bir veya daha fazla \u00e7ocu\u011fa e\u015fiyle birlikte veya m\u00fcnferit olarak koruyucu aile olan i\u015f\u00e7iye, \u00e7ocu\u011fun teslim edildi\u011fi tarihten sonra iste\u011fi \u00fczerine on g\u00fcn \u00fccretsiz izin verilir.\u201d&nbsp;<\/em>\u015feklinde d\u00fczenlenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>7578 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanun\u2019un Ge\u00e7ici 1 maddesi<\/strong><br>Yine ayn\u0131 Kanun\u2019un Ge\u00e7ici Madde 1\u2019inde ise<strong>&nbsp;<em>\u2013<\/em><\/strong><em>&nbsp;\u201c(1) Bu Kanunun 2&nbsp;nci, 15 inci ve 24 \u00fcnc\u00fc maddeleri ile anal\u0131k izin s\u00fcreleri yeniden d\u00fczenlenen ve bu maddenin y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girdi\u011fi tarih itibar\u0131yla ilgili mevzuat\u0131 uyar\u0131nca \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen anal\u0131k izin s\u00fcresi dolmu\u015f ancak 1\/4\/2026 tarihi itibar\u0131yla do\u011fumun ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fi tarihten itibaren yirmi d\u00f6rt haftal\u0131k s\u00fcreyi hen\u00fcz tamamlamam\u0131\u015f olan personele, bu maddenin y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girdi\u011fi tarihten itibaren 10 i\u015f g\u00fcn\u00fc i\u00e7erisinde talep etmeleri halinde sekiz hafta ilave anal\u0131k izni verilir.\u201d<\/em>&nbsp;\u015feklinde ge\u00e7i\u015f h\u00fckm\u00fcndekilerin durumu d\u00fczenlenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>S\u00fcrekli \u0130\u015f\u00e7i stat\u00fcs\u00fcndeki personel i\u00e7in anal\u0131k izninin on alt\u0131 haftadan yirmi d\u00f6rt haftaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik d\u00fczenleme, 01 May\u0131s 2026 tarihli ve 33240 say\u0131l\u0131 Resm\u00ee Gazete\u2019de yay\u0131mlanarak y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girmi\u015ftir.
