Bu do\u011frultuda; Erzurum \u0130l Sa\u011fl\u0131k M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019nden Celil S\u00fcren taraf\u0131ndan \u2018Alkol, t\u00fct\u00fcn, madde ve davran\u0131\u015fsal ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131k\u2019; Erzurum \u0130l Emniyet M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019nden G\u00fclay Ak\u00e7ay taraf\u0131ndan ise \u2018Narko-gen\u00e7lik\u2019 ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 sunumlar ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir.
