Hesaplar\u0131n\u0131z \u00fczerinden ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen i\u015flemlerden, i\u015flemi fiilen yapan ki\u015fi kim olursa olsun, hesap sahibi olarak siz sorumlu tutulabilirsiniz.<\/p><p>Hesaplar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 ba\u015fkalar\u0131na kulland\u0131rman\u0131z durumunda;<strong> adli soru\u015fturma ve kovu\u015fturmalara muhatap olman\u0131z, adli sicil kayd\u0131 olu\u015fmas\u0131, bankalar taraf\u0131ndan riskli m\u00fc\u015fteri olarak de\u011ferlendirilmeniz, banka hesaplar\u0131n\u0131za k\u0131s\u0131tlama getirilmesi, kredi ve kredi kart\u0131 ba\u015fvurular\u0131n\u0131z\u0131n reddedilmesi, adli kontrol tedbirleri (yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f yasa\u011f\u0131 d\u00e2hil) uygulanmas\u0131 ve ma\u011fdurlar taraf\u0131ndan tazminat davalar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 <\/strong>s\u00f6z konusu olabilir.
