Bu ama\u00e7la, b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn programlar\u0131 ve faaliyetleri, pedagojik bilgi ve becerilerin geli\u015ftirilmesine odaklanmaktad\u0131r. \u00d6\u011frencilere, etkili bir \u015fekilde e\u011fitim verebilmeleri i\u00e7in gerekli olan teorik ve pratik bilgileri kazand\u0131rmak \u00fczere \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p><p>B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn tarih\u00e7esi, e\u011fitim sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6nemli katk\u0131lara tan\u0131kl\u0131k etmektedir. B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn \u00f6\u011fretim elemanlar\u0131 ve mezunlar\u0131, e\u011fitim alan\u0131ndaki geli\u015fmelere katk\u0131da bulunmu\u015flard\u0131r. Temel E\u011fitimi B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc, \u00fclke geneline yay\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olan okullarda \u00f6\u011fretmen olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan binlerce mezuna sahiptir.<\/p><p>B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn e\u011fitim anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131, \u00f6\u011frencilerin bireysel yeteneklerine uygun bir \u015fekilde geli\u015fmelerine \u0627\u0645\u06a9\u0627\u0646 tan\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131karmaktad\u0131r.
