Hastane oryantasyonu dersinde, her biriniz listede isminizin kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda belirtilmi\u015f olan poliklini\u011fe gidip ileti\u015fimle ilgili g\u00f6zlem yapman\u0131z beklenmektedir (Bu ileti\u015fim hasta-hekim, hem\u015fire-hasta, sa\u011fl\u0131k personeli- hasta, ekip \u00fcyelerinin vs. aras\u0131ndaki ileti\u015fim olabilir). G\u00f6zlem esnas\u0131nda hastalarla direk olarak diyaloga girmek, onlara bilgi vermek gibi davran\u0131\u015flardan ka\u00e7\u0131nman\u0131z, sadece g\u00f6zlemci olarak orada bulundu\u011funuzu unutmaman\u0131z gerekmektedir. Listede kendinize ait tarih ve saatte ilgili poliklinikte g\u00f6zleminizi yapt\u0131ktan sonra \u201c\u0130leti\u015fim becerileri g\u00f6zlem formu\u201dnu doldurarak Microsoft Teams\u2019te belirlenen klas\u00f6re y\u00fcklemeniz gerekmektedir (D\u00f6nem 2 T\u00fcrk\u00e7e T\u0131p Program\u0131, \u0130leti\u015fim G\u00f6zlem Formu)<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Grup listeleri a\u015fa\u011f\u0131dad\u0131r.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Do\u00e7. During the observation, please refrain from engaging in direct dialogue with patients or providing them with information. You are there strictly as an observer, and it is important to remember that role.<\/span><br \/><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000\">After completing your observation at the designated outpatient clinic on the specified date and time, you are required to fill out the\u00a0<em>Communication Skills Observation Form<\/em>\u00a0and upload it to the designated folder on Microsoft Teams (<em>Year 2 -English Programme, Communication Observation Form<\/em>).<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Group lists are attached.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Assoc.
