BAP deste\u011fiyle tamamlanan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma kapsam\u0131nda <strong data-start=\"1261\" data-end=\"1279\">Gastro-Erzurum<\/strong> adl\u0131 mobil uygulama geli\u015ftirilerek y\u00f6resel gastronomi rotalar\u0131 dijital platforma aktar\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1373\" data-end=\"1596\">Her iki tez \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 da hem akademik literat\u00fcre katk\u0131 sa\u011flamakta hem de gastronomi turizmi, n\u00f6robilim ve dijitalle\u015fme gibi farkl\u0131 disiplinleri bir araya getirerek sekt\u00f6rel uygulamalara yeni bir perspektif kazand\u0131rmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1598\" data-end=\"1783\">Fak\u00fcltemiz olarak, de\u011ferli dan\u0131\u015fman hocam\u0131z Do\u00e7.
