Dr. Neslihan Ser\u00e7eo\u011flu ve \u00f6\u011frencileri taraf\u0131ndan doktora tezi kapsam\u0131nda haz\u0131rlanan, T\u00dcB\u0130TAK taraf\u0131ndan desteklenen \u201cN\u00f6robilim Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131nda Kullan\u0131lan G\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleme Y\u00f6ntemleri Arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla Y\u00f6resel N\u00f6rogastronomik Unsurlar\u0131n Duyular\u0131m\u0131zla \u0130li\u015fkisinin Tespiti\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 proje, TRTHaber ekranlar\u0131nda geni\u015f yank\u0131 buldu.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Proje, n\u00f6robilim ve gastronomi alanlar\u0131n\u0131 bir araya getirerek, y\u00f6resel mutfak unsurlar\u0131n\u0131n insan duyular\u0131 \u00fczerindeki etkilerini ara\u015ft\u0131rmay\u0131 ama\u00e7l\u0131yor. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma kapsam\u0131nda n\u00f6rog\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleme y\u00f6ntemleri kullan\u0131larak, bireylerin damak tad\u0131, koku ve g\u00f6rsel estetik gibi duyusal deneyimlerinin nas\u0131l \u015fekillendi\u011fi bilimsel olarak inceleniyor. Bu yenilik\u00e7i yakla\u015f\u0131m, gastronomi turizminin gelece\u011fine \u0131\u015f\u0131k tutacak \u00f6nemli bulgular sunmay\u0131 hedefliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>TRTHaber\u2019de yay\u0131nlanan haberde, projenin detaylar\u0131 ve ula\u015f\u0131lan ilk bulgular kamuoyu ile payla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131.
