B\u00f6lge M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc<\/strong> aras\u0131nda imzalanan protokol kapsam\u0131nda sahipsiz hayvanlara y\u00f6nelik rehabilitasyon, sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmetleri ve k\u0131s\u0131rla\u015ft\u0131rma \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n daha etkin ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir \u015fekilde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesi hedefleniyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Protokol kapsam\u0131nda Atat\u00fcrk \u00dcniversitesi Veteriner Fak\u00fcltesi \u00f6nemli bir g\u00f6rev \u00fcstlenerek sahipsiz hayvanlar\u0131n k\u0131s\u0131rla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131nda laparoskopik (kapal\u0131) cerrahi y\u00f6nteminin uygulanmas\u0131na katk\u0131 sa\u011flayacak.
