The final registrations of thesis and non-thesis master's and doctoral students who registered from the main list (1st Placement) in the 2023-2024 Academic Year Fall Semester will be on 19 - 21 September 2023.
Final registrations of thesis and non-thesis master's and doctoral students who registered from the reserve list (2nd Placement) will be made on 23 -24 September 2023.

If the students who have finalized their registration fill out the attached advisor preference form (ANNEX-1) and send it to the address "sosbildanismanlik@atauni.edu.tr", these forms will be sent for the approval of the relevant department chairs, and if the preferences are deemed appropriate by the department chairs, our institute will will be approved (except for theology faculty departments).

Additionally;

If students who are fully registered to the Philosophy and Religious Sciences, Islamic History and Arts and Basic Islamic Sciences programs within the Faculty of Theology fill out the attached field preference / advisor preference form (ANNEX-2) and send it to "sosbildanismanlik@atauni.edu.tr". These forms will be sent to the relevant department chairs for approval, and if the preferences are deemed appropriate by the department chairs, they will be approved by our institute.
