DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE 2025-EKPSS PLACEMENT RESULTS
The documents that require completion are located at the bottom of the page.
1. Completing the Appointment Application Form.
2. A Health Board Report obtained in accordance with the "Regulation on Disability Assessment for Adults" or recognized as valid by this Regulation, demonstrating that the individual has a disability of at least forty percent (40%) or more.
3. One duplicate of the identification document
4. Criminal Record (available at www.turkiye.gov.tr)
5. Certificate of Military Service Status (available at www.turkiye.gov.tr)
6. A photocopy of the diploma or graduation certificate (provided that the original is in the candidate's possession). In addition to their student certificate, candidates who are students are required to submit a certified copy of their diploma.
7. Two color photographs. (One of the photographs will be affixed to the Appointment Application Form.)
8. A printout from the internet indicating that they have won.
9. Agreement on Ethics for Public Officials.
10. Completing the Asset Declaration Form. (To be completed on both faces. For signature. The Registry Number section must be left open.
11. Personal Data Protection Information Text for Civil Servant Candidates.
12. Explicit Consent Text for Civil Servant Recruitment.
13. Individuals who are terminated for a variety of reasons (such as resignation) while employed as permanent staff in any public institution are required to acquire a service certificate from the most recent institution they left and submit it to our Institution along with the necessary documentation.
