CANDIDATES WHO ARE PLACED IN OUR UNIVERSITY WITH FOREIGN NATIONAL STATUS WILL BRING THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS:

IMPORTANT: Please do not apply with a blank form. Those who apply with a blank form will not be allowed to fill out the forms in the office.

1. Filling in the Appointment Application Form

2. 1 copy of the ID card

3. 2 (two) colored photographs (One of the photographs will be pasted on the Appointment Application Form.)

4. Internet printout showing that you have won

5. Diploma showing that you graduated from one of the Medical Faculties in Türkiye for major specialization training or notarized photocopy of equivalence documents obtained from the Council of Higher Education after graduating from one of the Medical Faculties in foreign countries.

6. Original or notarized copy of the document indicating that they have passed the Turkish Language Proficiency Exam conducted by an institution determined by the Medical Specialization Board to measure their knowledge of Turkish at a level that will enable them to follow professional subjects (They must submit it within one year at the latest from the date they start their specialist training. Otherwise, their relationship with the specialist studentship will be terminated. A Turkish language proficiency certificate is not required for graduates of Turkish departments of Medical Faculties in Türkiye.)
7. Notarized document stating that they will be given a scholarship during their specialist training or that their expenses in Türkiye will be covered.

Note: Those who are placed in our University on behalf of the Ministry of Health must submit their applications to the Ministry of Health.

Note: Applications can be made by mail. However, our Institution is not responsible for deficiencies in the requested documents and delays in the mail.

Note: Those who cannot intervene in the Appointment Application Form that browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome etc.) automatically open can open the form with Adobe Reader and fill it out on a computer.

NOTE: Please fill out the relevant forms on a computer before submitting the documents. In order not to waste time, do not apply with a blank form.
