Esteemed Academicians,

Additional course fee forms will be scheduled for a total of four weeks in December 2024, from December 2 to December 29.


Term courses, specialized field courses, and consultancies will be processed, and the compulsory course load (0, 5, 10, or 12) will be entered in the sections related to the compulsory course load in accordance with the nature of the academician (staff) duties.

The system for submitting additional course forms will be opened on Monday, December 16, 2024, and the forms will be delivered to the units by the end of business hours on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, at the latest.

For face-to-face courses, a minimum of three events and/or content will be reviewed on DBS, and an additional live course check will be conducted for online courses.

Course content and/or activities must be published, and live course links must be generated for online courses during the final two weeks (December 16, 2024 to December 29, 2024).

The 2024 course expenses cannot be paid within the scope of the delayed notifications that can be made in 2025, as the fiscal year 2024 will be closed.
