Job Request Announcement for the ATA-AÖF2023-2024 Academic Year Spring Semester Question Preparation/Question Supervision Specialist
Academic personnel who wish to serve as question preparation/question supervision specialists for the ATA-AÖF 2023-2024 Academic Year Spring Semester Exams to be conducted by the Atatürk University Open and Distance Education Faculty may submit an application for employment through the Atatürk University Open and Distance Education Faculty Question Transactions System (AOFSİS) (https://igys.ataaof.edu.tr/aofsis.aspx) by 17:00 on Thursday, January 23.

Important Information

Query preparation and query supervision In the same exam organization, officers are prohibited from serving under a different job description (e.g., institution representative, building exam supervisor, hall president, invigilator, or any other building duties).

The subsequent criteria will be assessed during the job assignment process.
The appointments will be based on the individual's area of expertise. Title status is not a top priority.
The individual's performance in the question preparation/auditing processes conducted in previous terms within our Faculty (e.g., incorrect questions, noncompliance with the calendar, etc.) and in the book writing process will be assessed.
The assignments will consider the income generated by the duties assigned by our Faculty.
The absence of any other persons who have selected the course you have selected does not guarantee that you will be assigned to the appropriate course.
The officers who perpetrate the acts specified below will be subject to sanctions.
Noncompliance with the regulations and directives issued by ATA-AÖF through written, verbal, or electronic communication.
"Neglect of duty" will be construed as the failure to complete the allotted task within the designated calendar.
It is crucial for those who will request the task to consider these issues in order to prevent any future grievances.
