Academic staff who wish to participate as Institution Representatives in the ATA-AÖF 2024-2025 Fall Term Supplemental Exam, which will be conducted by the Atatürk University Open and Distance Education Faculty on February 15-16, 2025, must submit an application for a position through the Atatürk University Officer Transactions System (GİS) (https://aoftek.ataaof.edu.tr) by 23:59 on Wednesday, January 29, 2025, at the latest. The examination will be administered in three (3) sessions at each exam center.

Important Information

1. Faculty members who will be serving as institution representatives outside the city will be unable to compose course loads for the specified dates, as they will be on duty from February 14 to February 17, 2025. A make-up program can be established for the courses that fall on the specified dates if the relevant divisions agree. The assignment start and end dates that have been established for the institution representative duty are not subject to change by our Faculty.

2. Documents concerning the responsibilities of the individuals to be designated as institution representatives will be transmitted electronically via the system. If deemed necessary, ATA-AÖF may conduct an online meeting.

3. The following actions will result in sanctions being imposed on institution representatives.

Failure to attend the training and meetings associated with the exam conducted by ATA-AÖF without providing an explanation.
Failure to adhere to the regulations and directives issued by ATA-AÖF in writing, orally, or electronically.
"Neglect of duty" will be construed as the failure to submit the exam documents within the designated timeframe following the completion of the exam.
