ATA-AÖF 2024-2025 AUTUMN TERM FINAL EXAMINATION INSTITUTION REPRESENTATIVE DUTY REQUEST ANNOUNCEMENT

ATA-AÖF 2024-2025 Autumn Term Final Examination Institution Representative Duty Request Announcement

Academic staff who want to take part as an Institution Representative in the ATA-AÖF 2024-2025 Fall Term Final Exam to be held on 11 - 12 January 2025 by Atatürk University Open and Distance Education Faculty must request a task via Atatürk University Officer Operations System (GİS) (https://aoftek.ataaof.edu.tr) until 23:59 on Tuesday, 17 December 2024 at the latest. The exam will be held in three (3) sessions at all test centres.

Important Notes

1. Faculty members who will be assigned out of the city as institutional representatives will not be able to write a course load for the specified dates, as they will be on duty between 10 January - 13 January 2025. If the relevant units accept, a make-up programme can be made for the courses coinciding with these dates. Our Faculty cannot change the start and end dates of the assignment determined for the institutional representative duty.

2. Documents related to their duties will be electronically sent to the persons to be assigned as institution representatives through the system and if deemed necessary, an online meeting can be held by ATA-AÖF.

3. Sanctions will be imposed on institution representatives who commit the following acts.

Not attending the training and meetings related to the exam organised by ATA-AÖF without an excuse.
Failure to comply with the rules and instructions communicated by ATA-AÖF in written, verbal or electronic means.
Failure to submit the exam documents within the specified time after the exam is completed will be considered as ‘neglect of duty’.
