Dear Academicians,

Additional course fees will be scheduled for a total of five weeks in October, spanning from September 30, 2024, to November 3, 2024.
Due to the official holiday, the system will be closed after noon on October 28, 2024, and for the entirety of October 29, 2024.

In accordance with the character of the faculty member's/staff's responsibilities, the mandatory course load (0, 5, 10, or 12) will be entered in the relevant fields. Additionally, term courses, specialization field courses, and consultancies will be processed.
- The system will be accessible on Monday, November 4, for the purpose of submitting additional course forms. The forms will be delivered to the units by the close of business on Tuesday, November 5, at the latest.
- In addition to the supplementary course load forms, weekly course load forms will be sent.
- For face-to-face courses, a minimum of three events and/or content will be reviewed on DBS, and for online courses, additional live course evaluations will be conducted.
Those who fail to submit their additional course fee forms by this date will be able to receive their fees the following month.
