 Additional course fees will be arranged for a total of four weeks, from June 2nd, 2025, to June 29th, 2025.
 - The system will be closed from Thursday, June 5, 2025, to Monday, June 9, 2025, in anticipation of the holiday. Consequently, no new courses will be added to the system.
 -The mandatory course load field in the course load form must be entered as zero (0) for all weeks, as the academic year concludes on 1 June 2025. Only Advisory and Specialisation Area courses will be entered.
 - A distinct exam fee form will be generated for the end-of-term exams.
 - The system for submitting additional course forms will be accessible on Monday, June 30, 2025. The forms must be submitted to the appropriate divisions by the end of business hours on Tuesday, July 1, 2025.
 If the additional course fee forms are not submitted by this date, the additional course fees will be included in the next month's payment.
