April additional course fee forms will be prepared for a total of 4 weeks, between 1 April 2024 and 28 April 2024.

Due to Ramadan Feast, the system will be closed between 8 April 2024 and 12 April 2024 and additional courses will not be entered into the system.

The system will be closed on National Sovereignty and Children's Day, April 23, 2024, and additional courses will not be entered into the system.

Compulsory Course Load (0, 5, 10 or 12) will be entered in the fields related to the compulsory course load, depending on the nature of the faculty member/staff's duty, and semester courses, specialization course and consultancy will be entered.

For face-to-face courses, at least 3 activities and/or content will be checked in DBS, and for online courses, an additional live lesson will be checked.

The system for additional course fee forms will be opened on Sunday, April 28, 2024 and will be delivered to the units by the end of working hours on Monday, April 29, 2024 at the latest.

Those who do not submit their additional course fee forms by this date will be able to receive their additional course fees in the following month.
