Additional Course Fees for April

 Esteemed Academicians,
 - Extra course fees will be scheduled for a total of four weeks, from April 7, 2025, to May 4, 2025.

 - The compulsory course load (0, 5, 10, or 12) will be entered in the fields related to the compulsory course load between April 7, 2025 and May 4, 2025, in accordance with the nature of the faculty member's/staff's duties. Term courses, specialization field courses, and consultancies will be processed.
 - The course calendar must include midterm (midterm) exams. (The 'Add Midterm Exam to Calendar' option is located in the 'Exam Transactions' menu in the upper right corner of the monthly view page.)
 - The system will be closed on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, in observance of the official holiday. Additionally, no additional courses will be submitted into the system.
 - The system will be closed on Thursday, May 1, 2025, in observance of the official holiday. Additionally, no additional courses will be submitted into the system.
 - Additional course load forms will be sent in conjunction with weekly course load forms that were not submitted in March.

 - For face-to-face courses, a minimum of three events and/or content will be reviewed on DBS, and for online courses, additional live course evaluations will be conducted.
 - The system for obtaining additional course forms will be opened on Monday, May 5, 2025, and the forms will be delivered to the units by the end of business hours on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at the latest.

 Those who fail to submit their additional course fee forms by this date will be able to receive their fees the following month.
