About

The Graduate School of Educational Sciences was established in 2010. The graduate programs (MA and PhD) were previously run under the Graduate School of Social Sciences and the Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences until 2010. Currently we provide master with thesis programs (15) and taught master programs (2) without thesis run by distance education together with doctoral programs 11). Graduate programs range from educational sciences such as curriculum and instruction, counselling and guidance, educational administration to discipline based educational research programs such as elementary education, science education, social sciences education, mathematics education, Turkish education, foreign language educations, fine arts education etc, and interdisciplinary programs such as teaching and teacher education. The Graduate School of Educational Sciences aims to reach nationally and internationally high level standards in all areas of educational sciences and discipline based educational research areas.
