Vision

In line with raising the required personnel required by the food sector of our country, following scientific and technological developments, ensuring the training of staff who can do technical studies in the sectors related to the field, and also having a sense of social responsibility, universal, social and professional ethics, respectful to historical and social values, To raise individuals who adopt lifelong learning as a principle and follow the developments in the latest technologies and constantly renew themselves, have job security, worker health and environmental protection knowledge and awareness, and follow the works done in the industry and service sector, and have the ability to apply for their profession.

Mission

The aim of the program is to adopt basic concepts and principles related to its field, to analyze the relationship between food raw material and product quality, which aims at food safety and quality at all stages of the food chain, from all aspects of the food chain, and to continuously analyze itself in parallel with technological developments. to train technical personnel who have the knowledge and skills to perform inspection and control in accordance with the relevant regulations and standards, and who can work in the industry and service sector.
