Vision and Mission

Graphic Department in Fine arts faculty connected to our university is an unity of the four –year undergraduate education.In applied training programs works which will contribute creative qualities to visual language of graphic design are given.The target in undergarduate education to raise candidates in quality of graphic design who are armed wit knowledge and skills about graphic design and who can communicate contemporary world structure. The rapid development of communication media leads to questioning of visual language of graphic design and creating different narrations.The target of education shaped through these conditions in graphic design department to raise consciousdesigners who can create modern and effective visual language and who follow,comprehend and question the changes in social and cultural structure.In graphic design education ;due to fine arts carry a core function,basic concepts and principles of graphic design and fine arts two half-year graphic design course which is basic pivot of eight half-yera program,depends on producing projects on main issues which are identifed every half year and starts from third half-year.
