With the letter of the Higher Education Council dated 31.03.2020 and numbered 75850160-104.01.02.04-E.24625, it is stated that this registration freeze process, which graduate students may freeze their registration for the Spring Semester 2019-2020, will not be counted from the maximum period.
In this regard, based on the decision of the Graduate Education Coordinator of the University, students will be able to apply for registration freezing until May 22, 2020.
In addition, according to the letter of the Rector's Office dated 10.04.2020 and numbered 2000103679, it was reported that postgraduate activities and exams held during the Pandemic period will be held through remote participation.
Registration freezing applications will be made through the Student Information System. A guide to record freezing and Announcement about the Record of Freeze and Pandemic Processes in the Pandemic Period are given in the attachment.
