He was born on May 20, 1979 in Erzurum. In 2001, he graduated from Atatürk University, Kazım Karabekir Faculty of Education, Department of Biology. He received his master's degree from the same university in 2004. His first PhD is in Molecular Biology and Genetics, Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences, Atatürk University, and his second PhD is in Pharmaceutical Technology and Biomolecular Sciences, Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Chieti-Pescara, Italy. He is currently a faculty member at Atatürk University, Faculty of Medicine, Department of Medical Biology.
He served as coordinator, board member, commission member, commission vice chairman, committee member and commission chairman in the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Industry and Technology, Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, Council of Higher Education (YÖK), TÜBİTAK, universities and various public institutions and organizations. Between 2019 and 2020, he served as Secretary General of TÜSEB and President of the Biotechnology Institute of Turkey. He was selected as an expert in toxicology and epidemiology to be consulted for his opinions and suggestions in two different committees, JECFA and JMPR, operating within the World Health Organization.
In 5 universities over 22 years, he has served as Senator, Advisor to the Rectors, Institute Director, Vice Dean, Scientific Research Projects Coordinator, Expertise Rating Board Member, Advisory Board Member, Faculty Board Member, and Head of Departments and Programs.
Prof. Dr. Hasan TÜRKEZ's main research areas are nanotechnology-based drug delivery systems, cancer biology, boron biology, genetic toxicology, neurodegenerative diseases and molecular pharmacology. He has served as a manager in national projects supported by the National Boron Research Institute to develop the medical and pharmacological potential of boron and by TÜBITAK to develop new molecules that can be used in the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases. Additionally, he served as a manager and researcher in nearly 40 scientific research projects supported by various national and international institutions and organizations. He has conducted interdisciplinary joint scientific research with over 400 different researchers from 24 different countries.
Prof. Dr. Türkez has published more than 275 articles in qualified international peer-reviewed journals indexed in the Web of Science. In addition, he has published 40 articles in other international journals and 20 articles in national journals. He has more than 200 papers presented at national and international scientific meetings. He has authored national books and international book chapters. He has participated in many scientific meetings as a member of the scientific boards, member of the organizing committees, member of the technical committees, chairman of the organizations, session manager and keynote speaker. He is an editor of more than 10 reputable international scientific journals. He holds national and international patents for the development of new anti-Alzheimer formulations and medical devices. He speaks English. He is married and has 2 children.
He was born in 1973 in Erzurum. In 1994, he graduated from Yıldız Technical University, Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering. Prof. Dr. Bülent Çavuşoğlu, who went to the USA as a MEB scholarship holder in 1996, completed his master's degree with "High Honor" at the Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT) and his doctorate in Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC). During his doctoral studies, he received the "UIC Outstanding TA" award in 2003 and started to work at Atatürk University, Department of Electrical-Electronics Engineering in 2005. Prof. Dr. Bülent Çavuşoğlu, who served as the Coordinator of Atatürk University Office of International Affairs between 2016 and 2018, has been a member of the TÜBİTAK BİDEB advisory board since 2020. He also served as the Head of the Department of Electrical - Electronics Engineering and Coordinator of Atatürk University Digital Transformation and Software Office between 2020-2024.
As the project manager of the Atatürk University Digital Transformation Project, Prof. Dr. Bülent Çavuşoğlu was entitled to receive the YÖK (Council of Higher Education) Outstanding Achievement Award in the field of "Big Data and Digital Transformation Studies" in 2022. In addition, he has taken an active role in many boards and commissions within the university, including Atatürk University Science Board, Artificial Intelligence Technologies Focus Area Coordinatorship, Publishing House Executive Board membership, Quality Board membership and Project Office Executive Board membership.
Studying on communications, signal/image processing, computer networks, 5G and 6G, Prof. Dr. Bülent Çavuşoğlu has over 20 international publications and a book titled “Digital University: Road Map of Transformation”, which he co-edited and wrote, which is a roadmap for digital transformation studies. He has served as a manager and researcher in various TÜBİTAK projects, consultant in TEYDEB projects, and as a reviewer and moderator in TÜSEB and TÜBİTAK projects. He holds international and national patents in his field. Prof. Dr. Bülent Çavuşoğlu is married and has 2 children.
She was born in 1981. She completed her primary and secondary education in Tokat/Zile. In 2004, she graduated from Atatürk University, Faculty of Theology, Department of Religious Culture and Moral Knowledge Education. Between 2005 and 2009, she worked as a Religious Culture and Moral Knowledge Teacher in schools affiliated with the Ministry of National Education. In 2008, she completed her MA in the Department of Turkish Islamic Literature at the Atatürk University Faculty of Theology with a study titled “The Heart in the Divans of Shaykh Al-Islam Yahya, Cevrî and Nedîm”. In 2013, she received her doctorate with the study titled "Literal Verse and Hadith Quotations in the Diwan Poetry" and started working as an Assistant Professor the same year. She became an Associate Professor in 2018 and became a Professor in January 2024. She is currently a faculty member at the Department of Turkish Islamic Literature, Faculty of Theology, Ataturk University.
During her tenure, she held various academic and administrative positions. She served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Faculty of Theology, the Chairman of the Accreditation Commission of the Faculty of Theology, Deputy Coordinator of Scientific Journals and Vice Dean of the Faculty of Theology. She is the editor of the ESCI indexed, Journal of Theological Studies, which is among international indexes.
Reyhan Keleş has 14 books published by international publishing houses, numerous articles published in national and international journals and papers published in various scientific symposiums. She has contributed to national and international projects as a manager and researcher. Reyhan Keleş has edited books, written book chapters and encyclopedia articles, and participated in various panels, conferences and seminars.

Professor Dr. Yüksel GÖKTAŞ was born in 1975 and graduated from Gazi University's Department of Computer Education in 1998.
In 2003, he completed his Master's degree in METU's Department of Computer Education and Instructional Technology. He subsequently completed his doctorate in the same department in 2006. From 2005 to 2006, he held the position of visiting researcher in the Department of Instructional Technology at Purdue University in the USA.
From 2007 to 2021, he held the position of lecturer and Head of the Department of Computer Education and Instructional Technology at Atatürk University. Since May 2021, he has been employed as a faculty member and head of department in the Software Engineering Department of the same university. Furthermore, he has served as Director of the Atatürk University Teaching and Learning Development Application and Research Centre since 2018. Furthermore, he graduated from Erzurum Technical University's Computer Engineering Department in 2024, receiving an additional Bachelor's degree.
Professor Dr. Göktaş has been involved in over 44 national and international projects in an executive or research capacity. He has served on the evaluation teams of numerous national and international institutions and organisations. He is also a member of the Advisory and Evaluation Board of Tübitak (in both ARDEB and BİTO) and TÜSEB. Professor Dr. Yüksel GÖKTAŞ has published 19 books or book chapters in national or international publishing houses, 76 articles in international refereed journals (SSCI/SCI), 47 articles in national refereed journals, and 124 international, 16 national, and 6 invited speeches at scientific meetings. Dr. Göktaş has overseen the completion of 28 undergraduate theses in the fields of educational technologies and informatics, 15 of which were PhD theses and 13 MA theses. He is currently overseeing the work of 11 students. He has received numerous awards and plaques from various institutions and organisations, including the METU doctoral thesis of the year award in 2007.
Prof. Dr. Hasan YILMAZ was born in Trabzon in 1967 and graduated from Atatürk University Faculty of Agriculture in 1987. In the same year, he started working as a research assistant. In 1991, he completed his master's degree at Atatürk University and in 1994 he completed his doctorate at Ege University, Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Landscape Architecture. In 1995, he was appointed as Assistant Professor, in 2001 as Associate Professor and in 2006 as Professor at Atatürk University, Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Landscape Architecture. Between 1999 and 2014, he served as the Head of the Landscape Architecture Department. As the Founding Dean of the Faculty of Architecture and Design at Atatürk University, he served in his position from 2010 to 2016. He served 3 years on the Inter-University Board within YÖK (Council of Higher Education). He was a pioneer in gathering Landscape Architecture Departments under the Faculties of Architecture and Design in the country. In 2004, he worked as a visiting professor in the Department of Landscape Architecture at Cornell University, USA. Between 2021 and 2023, he worked as a faculty member at Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University, Kyrgyzstan and was involved in campus landscape design and implementation studies. Between 2006 and 2016, he carried out the landscape design and implementation of the 35-hectare Erzurum Ata Botanical Garden and Hobby Gardens, which is shown as one of the highest-altitude botanical gardens in the world. He served as a project consultant and international honorary jury member in EXPO2016 Antalya, one of the important projects of our country. During its establishment phase, he carried out campus design projects and landscape implementation of Erzincan Binali Yıldırım University. He carried out landscape design and implementation studies on the campus of Ağrı İbrahim Çeçen University. In addition to Atatürk University, he has many landscape projects implemented in Erzurum city center and districts. For 5 years, he served as the chairman of the Regional Board for the Protection of Natural Assets. He has worked as a consultant in many public institutions and organizations. He has completed 15 doctoral theses and 17 master's theses. He has around 300 studies published in various scientific platforms and 30 of these studies are in SCI-SCI Expanded indexed journals. He speaks English, is married and has three children.
