1- Application can be made with PhD Theses completed in 2020.
2- Applications must be made together with the Thesis Owner and Doctoral Advisor.
3- The application is made by a GRADUATED STUDENT at https://yoksis.yok.gov.tr/bodsis/edevlet.
4- The application deadline is 24 May 2021 at 24.00.
5- The application form and the original signed application form will be sent by mail after the application period expires.
6- Doctoral Thesis <The thesis loaded in YÖK National Thesis Center will be taken as basis>

: .. THE DOCUMENTS TO BE NEEDED FOR THE APPLICATION (Candidates from the Republic of Turkey)
1- Application Letter <download> (This document will be sent to YÖK by mail)
2- Application Form (In online application, it will be taken from the system, signed by the consultant, uploaded to the system, sent to YÖK by mail)
3- The CV of the PhD Thesis Holder <will be created via YÖKSİS or from the CV Entry and Update section>
4- The CV of the PhD Thesis Advisors / Advisors <to be created by the advisor via YÖKSİS>
5- Application Justification Report <download> (it will be prepared in TURKISH. This information will be used in online application)
6- Publications made from the thesis (If available, the credentials of the published publications will be requested in online application)

: .. FOREIGN NATIONAL CANDIDATES
1- Application Form for Foreign Candidates <download> (This document will be sent to YÖK by mail after the application is completed)
2- Doctoral diploma or doctoral temporary graduation certificate
3- Resume of the PhD Thesis Holder
4- The CV of the PhD Thesis Advisors / Advisors <will be taken by the advisor via YÖKSİS>
5- Application Justification Report <download> (It will be prepared in TURKISH or ENGLISH)
6- Doctoral Thesis
 Foreign candidates will not be able to apply through the e-Devlet gateway, and the above documents must be signed and scanned and sent to odul@yok.gov.tr e-mail address.
