Vision and Mission

The vision of the Department of American Culture andLiterature is to be a well-equipped department that operates at aninternational level and leaves a mark on the future. The mission of the program is to raise individuals inthe field of social sciences who have comprehended the scientific principle andfunctioning, have problem solving abilities, strong skills and motivation, canestablish a connection between social sciences and other areas of life, arecommitted to scientific understanding, and also who are contemporary,questioning, respectful to human rights and ethical values, active in socialrelations, democratic, tolerant, objective in the face of different culturesand values, contributing to the research and uncovering of cultural values, andsharing their knowledge and experience with the world.
