ATA-AÖF 2024-2025 Autumn Term Midterm Exam Intercity Transfer Duty Request Announcement

Administrative staff who wish to participate as an Intercity Transport Officer in the ATA-AÖF 2024-2025 Fall Semester Midterm Exam, which will be conducted by the Atatürk University Open and Distance Education Faculty from November 30th to December 1st, 2024, must submit a task request through the Atatürk University Officer Operations System (GİS) (https://aoftek.ataaof.edu.tr) by 23:59 on Tuesday, November 19th, 2024. The examination will be administered in three (3) sessions at each exam centre. The aforementioned position is open to Ataturk University employees in the following categories: Accountant, Computer Operator, Officer, Chief, Branch Manager, Technician, and V.H.K.İ.

Important Information
1. The Intercity Transport Officer personnel who will be stationed outside of the city will be on assignment from November 26th to December 4th, 2024. Our faculty is unable to modify the start and end dates of the Intercity Transport Duty assignment.
2. Those who will be assigned as Intercity Transport Officers will receive electronic correspondence through the system regarding their responsibilities, and ATA-AÖF will hold a meeting. The queue stewards' routes will be determined by lot during this meeting.
3. The following actions will result in sanctions being imposed on institution representatives.
Failure to attend the training and meetings associated with the exam organised by ATA-AÖF without providing an explanation.
Noncompliance with the regulations and directives issued by ATA-AÖF through written, verbal, or electronic communication.
Neglect of duty will be construed as the failure to submit the exam documents within the designated timeframe following the completion of the exam.
