Subject of the Contest: The subject of this contest is the exhibition and documentation of the image/aesthetics of our cities, which are constantly changing, from different perspectives. In this direction, in order to determine the future vision of the city of Erzurum, it is aimed to reveal the social, cultural, historical and natural values of the city and to draw attention to the problems in the city in order to create urban awareness. Within the scope of "Sustainable Cities: Erzurum Future Vision Workshop"; In order to reveal Erzurum's urban culture and identity, the subject of the photography contest was determined as "CITY SEEKING ITS VISION, INDIVIDUAL/URBANITY WHO SHAPES ITS SPACE".

Participation Conditions:
1. Participation in the competition is free of charge.
2. Anyone can participate in the competition. Those under the age of 18 must fill in the parental consent form and have it approved in order to participate in the competition and receive a prize.
3. "Sustainable Cities: Erzurum Future Vision Workshop" Photo Contest cannot be attended by ATA-DAKAM and Erzurum Metropolitan Municipality employees, members of the selection committee, employees of other third parties responsible for the organization of this contest, and first-degree relatives of the specified persons.
4. Processes such as collages, addition, subtraction, montage, created by combining more than one photo with professional visual editing tools, cannot be performed on shared photos.
5. Photographs with products, services and images of another brand will not be evaluated.
6. The participants of the contest are deemed to have declared and committed that the photographs belong to them.
7. It is required that the photos shared are not contrary to the general moral rules and laws, and that they do not offend people or institutions in any way. In addition, posts that can be associated with any political or religious view will not be considered. Such photos are excluded from evaluation without notice.
8. ATA-DAKAM and Erzurum Metropolitan Municipality do not accept any legal responsibility for the content of the works submitted to the competition.
Participants undertake to share the high resolution version of the photos they share with ATA-DAKAM.
9. Each participant can participate in the competition with a maximum of 2 photos in accordance with the conditions of the competition, in case of participation with more photos, the selection committee will evaluate only the first 2 photos.
10. Photos that have been awarded in another competition before will not be accepted to the competition.
11. Contestants are expected to share original and personal posts. Photographs determined to be similar or belonging to someone else will be excluded from the competition. In addition, if the photographs submitted to the contest are not original works, there is a claim to the contrary and third parties claim rights on the photographs, the responsibility will belong to the competitor. If the award-winning work is found to be not an original work, the award will have to be returned immediately. If it is understood that the submitted work is not an original work, ATA-DAKAM does not accept any responsibility, all kinds of legal and other sanctions are the responsibility of the share owner.
12. The photographs that will participate in the competition must be photographs taken in Erzurum and suitable for the workshop theme. During the work of the selection committee, if there is any doubt about the place where the photos were taken, the participants will be asked to prove that the place where they took the photo is in the region. If it cannot be proven, the photograph will be disqualified.
13. There is no obligation to purchase any product or service to participate in the competition.
14. ATA-DAKAM has the authority to reject the application that it determines to be against the rules.
15. In the event that the winners' behavior against the competition rules is detected later, the award given to the competitor will be withdrawn and given to the next alternate winner.
16. Participants who pass the pre-selection can be reached from the contact information shared in the application, but if the competitor cannot be contacted within 5 working days, the next competitor ihas the right for assessment.
17. While receiving their prizes, the winners must present the Republic of Turkey ID Card to prove the accuracy of their personal information and fill out and sign the administrative forms requested by ATA-DAKAM.
18. If the winner does not contact ATA-DAKAM within 10 working days from the conclusion of the competition and the announcement of the winners, he will be deemed to have waived his right.
19. The awards will be delivered to the winners at the place determined by ATA-DAKAM. In case the announced prizes cannot be obtained, ATA-DAKAM may supply another product of the same value instead of the undelivered prize.
20.ATA-DAKAM cannot be held responsible in any way for any damages that may arise due to the damage, disappearance or inaccessibility of any e-mail address to be used in the competition and for all kinds of errors, restrictions and falsified, corrupted or distorted data sending caused by all kinds of hardware and software problems, computer malfunctions, telephone, cable, satellite, transportation network, electronic, wireless or internet connections that may occur in such a way as to affect the execution of the competition. e-mail, SMS sending errors, lost, delayed, retained e-mails, disruptions in internet page or internet access, tampering, hacking, theft, virus, insect interference, which may affect the course of the competition, but not limited to these,

ATA-DAKAM is not responsible for the situations that it cannot prevent, the decisions and practices of the judiciary and other competent official authorities, force majeure (for example, natural disasters), situations caused by third parties, disruptions and delays caused by internet connection service providers and similar external factors, for malfunctions that occur as a result of misuse, technical malfunctions and other malfunctions, repair works or other directions and similar reasons, including but not limited to those listed.
22. At the end of the competition period, the photographs that are entitled to receive awards and exhibitions will be exhibited in their vehicles and in various physical media with all kinds of promotional materials to be prepared by ATA-DAKAM and can be shared on different platforms.
23. The award ceremony will be organized by ATA-DAKAM with the participation of the award winners. Award winners accept and undertake in advance to participate in this organization.
24. The photographs are expected to reflect the city of Erzurum with its architectural, aesthetic, historical, sociological and cultural dimensions. The participant is responsible for ensuring that the works they apply are suitable for this theme. Photos outside of this theme will not be considered.
25. It is accepted that the people who enter the frame in the photo sent to the competition allow their photos to be taken and these photos to take place in the competition and the photo to be published in internet, visua and printed media. Responsibility in this regard belongs to the participant. ATA-DAKAM does not accept any responsibility for the permissions and copyrights of the photographs of the participants.


Technical Conditions

1. Works will be delivered digitally in color and/or black-and-white, JPEG and RAW formats and with a quality of at least 2400 pixels.
2. The work that will take place in the competition must consist of a single photograph. Participants are expected to take into account the print sizes of 50cmx70cm and 70cmx100cm, which will be valid in case of exhibition.
3. Works produced entirely by computer software or without photographic content will be excluded from the competition.

1. Participants will choose a 6-digit nickname for themselves in order to keep the identity of the work confidential during the evaluation process.
