Atatürk University, which has completely changed its face with the New Generation University Design and Transformation Project movement, adapting to today's academic, social and cultural structure, mobilizes all its sources for its students to live an enjoyable campus life besides education and science.

Adopting the vision of a nature-friendly life with its green areas, botanical gardens and colorful bicycle paths, the University also enjoys sports centers and cafeterias on its campus serving all year, where students socialize.

Always making innovations for students on the campus, which has many social life areas belonging to Atatürk University, Rector Prof. Dr. Ömer Çomaklı completely renovated the Student Center affiliated to the University Social Facilities and put it into the service of students.

The Student Center, which has been serving students and university staff for many years, plays an important role in socialization by enabling students to have fun with various activities with its renewed face.

Multi-Purpose Entertainment Center

In the Student Center, which provides hot-cold snacks and fast food-style eating and drinking services, students can have fun at 12 pool tables and 8 bowling stations, and they can prepare for exams by studying in the artificial intelligence and coding halls, and in the reading hall with nearly 2,000 books.

Speaking about the services offered by the Student Center, which serves students from 08.30 in the morning to 22.00 at night, Rector Prof. Dr. Ömer Çomaklı told that they added innovation to the Student Center in order to reduce students' stress even a little bit, resulting from the R & D, project, lecture, exam, etc., adding that the center is also an important unit in terms of socialization.

Rector Çomaklı emphasized that Atatürk University, which is an educational institution on a global scale with the value it attaches to social and cultural activities in addition to its performance in education and research, carries out various activities throughout the year in order to facilitate access to information in the formation of cultural awareness and to rise to the top among Turkish and world universities in every sense. "Students should benefit from these activities and events as much as possible." he underlined.
