ATATÜRK UNIVERSITY IS CURRENTLY IMPLEMENTING NEW PROTOCOLS FOR INTERDISCIPLINARY EDUCATION.

A new collaboration has been introduced to the Atatürk University Faculty of Tourism's initiatives to offer students interdisciplinary and multifaceted academic development opportunities. In this context, the Department of Tourism Guidance, the Faculty of Letters, and the Kazim Karabekir Faculty of Education conducted a double major and minor protocol signature ceremony.

 Academic Solidarity Expands Across Disciplines

 The Departments of German Language and Literature, English Language and Literature, and History, which are affiliated with the Faculty of Letters, and the Department of English Language Education, which is affiliated with the Kazim Karabekir Faculty of Education, established academic collaboration with the Department of Tourism Guidance within the framework of the ceremony. The protocols are designed to facilitate the acquisition of proficiency in a variety of academic disciplines, the diversification of career paths, and the cultivation of a multidisciplinary perspective among students.

 Academic Staff Attendance at the Protocol Ceremony

 Prof. Dr. Gökalp, Dean of the Faculty of Tourism Prof. Dr. Ufuk Şimşek, Dean of the Faculty of Education, and Prof. Dr. Nuri Selçuk, Dean of the Faculty of Letters, attended the event. The department chiefs signed the protocol texts with respect to Süleyman Çiğdem. Academic administrators asserted that these partnerships significantly enhance the academic and professional development of students and the university's vision.

 A Robust Academic Network from the Tourism Guidance Department

 The Tourism Guidance Department had previously executed comparable protocols with the Tourism Management and Gastronomy and Culinary Arts departments of the Faculty of Tourism, as well as with numerous departments affiliated with the Faculty of Letters, including Russian Language and Literature, Art History, Archaeology, Geography, and Public Relations and Promotion. The academic collaboration network of the department has been further expanded with the recent signing of protocols.

 Academic Collaborations Strengthen Educational Vision

 These collaborations, which demonstrate Atatürk University's commitment to a quality-oriented and comprehensive approach to education and training, foster a robust synergy among various faculties. These structures also facilitate the development of versatile and well-equipped individuals after graduation, in addition to increasing student satisfaction.
