Rector Hacımüftüoğlu urgently addressed the issue of the collective bargaining agreement receivables that have accumulated between 2017 and 2024. This issue has been unresolved for years between Atatürk University and the workers, and its procedures have been reflected in the courts. Rector Hacımüftüoğlu established the foundation for compromise by engaging in individual discussions with the workers regarding all labor rights and receivables. The employees were exceedingly pleased with this agreement. Atatürk University was spared from the substantial financial burden that would result from the court case, and the psychological anguish of the employees that had persisted for years was alleviated by Rector Hacımüftüoğlu.

Prof. Dr. Ahmet Hacımüftüoğlu, the Rector of Atatürk University, resolved the long-standing issue of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) receivables of 16 employees.

Prof. Dr. Ahmet Hacımüftüoğlu, the Rector of Atatürk University, emphasized the importance of upholding the rights and peace of all employees, including academicians, and demonstrating a fair administration. I am extremely pleased to have successfully addressed the issues that have persisted for an extended period of time among our employees. We are grateful to God for providing us with this solution. The solution that workers have been anticipating for years has finally arrived, thanks to Rector Hacımüfüoğlu.

Workers expressed their contentment with the resolution of the unrest they have been experiencing for years, emphasizing, "Our years of suffering have come to an end, and our rights have been granted." After tonight, we will be able to sleep soundly. We are grateful to our Rector for his unwavering support, for listening to our concerns, and for delivering the solution. We will now serve our university more joyfully and peacefully by embracing our work more in this new period.

The collective bargaining agreement at Atatürk University has been the source of a long-standing dispute, and this agreement has resolved it. This is a significant development that will enable workers to take advantage of all the opportunities the university has to offer under equal conditions.
