Record Registration for Summer School…

Continuing the summer school application for the students to continue their education and training uninterruptedly, Atatürk University started classes with the registration of a total of 10 thousand students for the 2021-2022 Academic Year Summer School.

Atatürk University, which gained significant momentum with the start of the New Generation University Design and Transformation Project, whose quality education was accredited and registered by the Higher Education Quality Board (HCEQB), and finally, by being among the Research Universities determined by HCE, undersigned an important success; With its 65 years of experience, qualified academic staff and well-equipped technological infrastructure, it continues its education in the summer term. In this context, a total of 10 thousand students, 3 thousand from 134 different universities and 7 thousand from Atatürk University, registered for the programs opened for the Summer School. About 2,000 of these students were guest (foreign) students.

Stating that Atatürk University serves the country's higher education with a mission that extends far beyond the borders, Atatürk University Rector Prof. Dr. Ömer Çomaklı stated that not only students from its region but also from many universities of the country and world universities come to Atatürk University for summer school.

Emphasizing that 134 university students met in Erzurum in this context, Rector Çomaklı said: “We would like to bid farewell to each and every one of our students enrolled in our university, to the places where they live by being aware of the historical and cultural accumulation of this ancient city. We aim to complete the summer term by providing social integration as well as quality education. With this in mind, I wish success to all of our students in the summer school program that we started in order for our students to benefit from the educational opportunities of our university in the summer term and to use these opportunities in the most effective way.”
