Rector of Atatürk University Prof. Dr. Ömer Çomaklı published a message on the occasion of 14 March Doctor's Day. Rector Çomaklı stated the following in his message:

“The days we are in show us how precious health and life can be but also how easy it can deteriorate.

A virus that confronts the entire world; it can threaten our routine lives, loved ones, our world, everything we think is unshakable and built with solid foundations.

Knowing that the human being living on earth for centuries is as much a reality as health, he always waited for help from physicians both for protection and treatment whenever he thinks he thinks or will lose his health. Socially, doctors have always been a respected, precious and important profession for us. Of course, the health sector is not just about doctors. It is the common result of a great effort with its nurse, healthcare staff and all stakeholders.

In this sense, I would like to take this occasion to congratulate the Doctor's Day of our precious doctors and all our healthcare professionals, and wish that it will not be a threat to our country and our world as soon as possible. ”
