The Fall Semester Final and Spring Semester Supplemental Exams of the 2024-2025 Academic Year were successfully concluded by the Atatürk University Open and Distance Education Faculty (ATA AÖF). The exams were administered with high organizational quality and widespread participation in 81 provinces across Turkey and in Baku as an exam center abroad.

The final examination was attended by 283,593 students.

283,593 students enrolled in 13 Undergraduate, 4 Undergraduate Completion, and 31 Associate Degree Programs participated in the Final Exam on January 11-12, 2025. In addition to the provision of 3,254 assistant readers and markers, special venues were designated for disabled students to take the exam in the most favorable conditions. The exam was organized by nearly 130,000 personnel, and the process was seamlessly executed due to the extensive coordination.

Make-up examinations were also administered without incident.

The Make-up Exam, which was conducted on February 15-16, 2025, was attended by 248,208 students. Auxiliary reader-marker support was provided, and special chambers were established for disabled students in the exam conducted at 125 exam centers throughout Turkey and in an exam center abroad in Baku. The examinations were organized by nearly 100,000 personnel who were actively involved in the field.

Results Announced in a Short Period

In order to facilitate students' academic planning, Atatürk University announced the Make-up Exam results in a mere four days, demonstrating remarkable pace and success.

Prof. Dr. Ahmet Hacımüftüoğlu, the Rector of Atatürk University, stated in his assessment of the examination process that the university is committed to maintaining its progress in enhancing the quality of education. Rector Hacımüftüoğlu stated, "Our Open and Distance Education Faculty continues to offer high-quality education services in all regions of our country and abroad, thanks to its structure that is appealing to a diverse student body." I am grateful to the academic and administrative personnel, exam officers, and students who participated in the examination process. He stated, "At Atatürk University, we will persist in our innovative efforts to enhance student satisfaction and facilitate digital transformation in education."
